North Star stands behind all of its windows and doors with a generous transferable limited lifetime warranty. As a secondary owner, we ask that you please fill out the Warranty Transfer form below to ensure coverage in the event a service or replacement is required.
Transferring your Warranty
Every window has sticker as shown with a serial number on it inside of the frame. All that is required to register your warranty transfer is the first seven (7) digits of the serial number. This will transfer the entire window order.
Warranty Claim
For a warranty claim use the entire amount of digits to reference the individual window. The entire number is what your North Star dealer will require to complete the warranty service.

This form is to be completed by the second owner, and submitted online or through mail to North Star within 30-days of transfer.
