North Star stands behind all of its windows and doors with a generous limited lifetime warranty. The benefits of the North Star warranty are also transferable to a subsequent owner.
To be eligible, customers must register their window and/or door purchases using the form below within 30 days from the date of installation.

To Make a Claim
Notify the original dealer or distributor in writing within 30 days of the defect appearing. Include the following information:
- Name and address of owner
- Date of Installation
- Brief description of the defect
- Serial number on the Warranty Label affixed to our product
If coverage is pro-rated, the homeowner will be informed of their share of the cost. No parts will be provided until the owner’s payment has been received.
This Warranty form must include the serial number found on the North Star/ CSA Warranty Label affixed to the window, doors or between the glass:
